INDEPENDENT MICROSOFT 365 & ENTRA SPECIALISTS

Finding the gaps
before someone else does.

Before you deploy Copilot. Before you renew another tool. Before a gap becomes an incident.

Secure365 is an independent Microsoft 365 and Entra specialist – not an MSP, a managed security provider, or a software reseller. We help organisations become AI-ready by securing, governing, and optimising the Microsoft platform they already own.

Fixed-fee. Independent. Microsoft-focused.

WHY AI READINESS COMES FIRST

Discover what's hiding in your Microsoft 365 tenant before Copilot does.

Secure365 helps organisations become AI-ready by securing, governing, and optimising Microsoft 365 and Entra.

AI readiness drives everything else. Security, governance, licensing optimisation, and Microsoft best practice all exist to support one outcome: safe, effective AI adoption.

THE REAL PROBLEM

The issue isn't a lack of technology. It's that nobody has properly assessed the tenant.

Most organisations already own the tools they need. The challenge is understanding what's configured, what's missing, and what risks remain – gaps that don't show up until someone actually looks:

Excessive permissions

Users and admins often hold more access than their role requires, quietly widening the blast radius of any single compromised account.

Poor SharePoint governance

Sites and libraries sprawl without an ownership or sharing policy, making it hard to know what's exposed and to whom.

Weak identity controls

MFA and Conditional Access are often partially configured, applied inconsistently, or bypassed by legacy sign-in methods.

No Conditional Access strategy

Access decisions rarely account for device, location, or risk – most tenants allow the same access from anywhere, on anything.

Underutilised Business Premium, E3, or E5

Serious security and compliance capability is already licensed, and simply never switched on.

Overlapping third-party tools

Point solutions accumulate over time, often duplicating capability the Microsoft licence already includes.

Unknown data exposure

Nobody can say with confidence what's shared externally, or with whom, until someone actually checks.

Copilot doesn't create these problems.
Copilot exposes them.

What You'll Walk Away With

The challenge is rarely a lack of tools – it's understanding what's configured, what's missing, and what risks remain. Every engagement concludes with a complete, board-ready report that answers exactly that, not a checklist of findings.

Executive Summary A clear, board-ready overview of where you stand and what matters most.
Risk Register Every identified risk, rated and evidenced.
Microsoft Copilot Readiness Findings What Copilot would be able to see and surface in your tenant today.
Security Gap Assessment Where your current configuration falls short of best practice.
Licensing Optimisation Opportunities Capability you already own but haven't switched on.
Third-Party Tool Rationalisation Opportunities Where existing tools overlap with what Microsoft already provides.
Prioritised Remediation Roadmap Sequenced, scoped work – not a wall of findings.
Quick Wins Changes that reduce risk this month, not next year.
Recommended Next Steps A clear path from findings to action.

WHY SECURE365

Independent. Microsoft Focused. Outcome Driven.

After founding and building a successful managed services business, and later leading Microsoft Modern Work and Security consulting engagements, I kept seeing the same pattern.

Organisations were investing heavily in Microsoft 365 while underutilising the capabilities they already owned. At the same time, security gaps, governance issues, excessive permissions, and overlapping third-party tools were becoming increasingly common.

Now, with the rise of AI and Microsoft Copilot, those challenges have become even more visible.

Secure365 was created to help organisations understand what's really hiding in their Microsoft 365 environment, address the risks that matter most, and get more value from the platform they're already paying for.

Our approach is simple
Discover Understand what's really hiding in your Microsoft 365 environment.
Secure Address the risks, gaps, and governance issues that matter most.
Enable Unlock the full value of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, and the capabilities you already own.

Because successful AI adoption doesn't start with Copilot.
It starts with a secure, well-governed Microsoft 365 foundation.

"After years helping organisations deploy, manage, and secure Microsoft 365, I kept seeing the same problem: businesses were paying for capabilities they weren't using while carrying risks they didn't know existed. Secure365 was created to help organisations discover those gaps, secure what matters, and enable what's next."

FOUNDER INSIGHT

"We've seen hundreds of Microsoft 365 environments. The gaps are rarely unique. Identifying them before they become problems is where the real value lies."

MICROSOFT VS THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

Many organisations are already paying for capabilities they never use.

Business Premium, E3, and E5 include security and compliance capability that often overlaps with tools already in your stack. Where that overlap is genuine, consolidating onto Microsoft can reduce cost and complexity.

Categories we typically review for overlap
MFA solutions Device management platforms Email security platforms Endpoint protection tools Compliance tools

Whether consolidation makes sense for your organisation is something the Secure365 Readiness Assessment determines – never assumed before one is done.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions we get asked.

We already have an IT provider or MSP. Do we need this as well?

Yes – and it's meant to complement them, not replace them. Your provider keeps the business running day to day. Secure365 is an independent, security-only review of your Microsoft 365 tenant specifically – the kind of specialist check most IT providers don't have time to do, and some have a conflict of interest in doing themselves.

Is this the same as a managed security provider (MSP/MSSP)?

No. We don't manage your systems, sell software, or lock you into a recurring contract. We perform independent assessments, advisory, and remediation projects – you decide what happens next, and with whom.

We already pay for Business Premium, E3, or E5. Isn't security already included?

Mostly, yes – that's exactly the problem. Business Premium, E3, and E5 all include serious security and compliance capability. Most organisations just haven't configured it. The Secure365 Readiness Assessment tells you exactly what's switched on, what isn't, and what that gap is costing you in risk.

How does this relate to Microsoft Copilot?

Copilot doesn't create new risks in your tenant – it surfaces the ones that are already there. The Secure365 Readiness Assessment includes a Copilot readiness review, checking who can see what before you switch it on, so it doesn't expose something you didn't mean to share.

Could this replace some of our existing security tools?

Possibly. Business Premium, E3, and E5 often include capability that overlaps with tools like MFA solutions, device management, email security, or endpoint protection. Whether consolidation makes sense for you is something the Secure365 Readiness Assessment determines, not something we assume going in.

We don't have a dedicated IT or security person. Is this still for us?

That's exactly who we work with most. Most of our clients have one IT resource, or none at all – this is designed to hand them, or you, a clear and prioritised plan, not another list of jargon to decode.

Which Microsoft 365 licences do you work with?

Business Premium, E3, and E5 – most engagements are one of these three. On a different plan? Mention it on the discovery call and we'll confirm it's a fit before you book anything further.

Ready to find out what's really in your tenant?

Whether you're preparing for Microsoft Copilot, reviewing your security posture, or looking to simplify your technology stack, Secure365 gives you the independent, Microsoft-specific clarity to make informed decisions.
